    Quality Controller

    Duties and Responsibilities
     Provide reliable assistance in carrying out Quality Control functions.
     Discard or reject products and recommend necessary corrective actions.
     Inspect, test and sample materials, products and equipment not meeting specifications.
     Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process adjustments.
     Visit the factory floor to take samples of products and to discuss problems with production manager.
     To ensure ISO systems and procedures are strictly observed and adhered to in every functional unit/department.
     Discuss inspection results with those responsible for production and recommend necessary corrective actions.
     Inspect products purchased by the company from suppliers and maintain records of supplier performance.
     Meet with production leaders to work out root cause of the problem and to decide whether current processes need to be changed.
