Swiftt is a new ride-hailing app with a vision to change the way people move around everyday.
We are looking to hire a fulltime full stack JavaScript engineer to assist in scaling our applications to the next level.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of Node JS, TypeScript and REST APIs
Good understanding of the Angular JS frontend framework, preferably Angular 4+
Proficiency in Web Sockets and ability to work with socket.io implementations
Deep understanding of Google’s Firebase & Map APIs
Experience working with cloud solutions such as AWS and Azure
Experience developing with web/app containers such as Apache and Nginx
Good understanding of MySQL and NoSQL databases
Good experience working in Linux environments
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Phenomenal communicator who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high-level decision makers.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail; ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
Participate in fixing production issues
Implementation of security and data protection layers
Integration of data storage solutions
Developing new user-facing features
Contributing to a future-ready, high quality code base.
