Based in Nairobi and in it’s early days of formation , the founders are highly profile entrepreneurs and business executives who are looking for a super analytical , smart “jack of all trades” CUSTOMER SUPPORT INTERN for a 3 months engagement to help with the following activities
1. Digital Media Optimizations
2. Timely Business Reporting
3. Reconcilliations and updating of accounts and loan profiles
4. Customer Life cycle management and day today handling of customer querries
5. Collections and recoveries of loans
YOUR PROFILE
– You must be passionate about financial technology
– High aptitude student
– People who studied the following disciplines are encouraged to apply ; Economics , Mathematics , Actuarial science , physics , finance , commerce , computer science or engineering.
-You must be open to learn with speed
