
An organization is seeking to fill the position of an administrator whose duties include:
1) Keeping records on membership and ensuring all members have membership cards.
2) Deal with telephone and emails enquiries from the clients
3) Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
4) Management of office equipment.
5) Take care of website functions and social media profiles.
6) Any other duty deemed appropriate
.
Additional Information
1) The job location is Nairobi
2) Working days/time are Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am till 1pm.
3) Excellent time management.

5) An ability to remain calm under extreme pressure
Qualifications
1) University Degree in any field from a recognized university.
2) Computer proficiency and in particular Ms Office and ability to navigate through social media platforms like Facebook, Whatsapp, Telegram, Twitter, Linkedn, Instagram, Snapchat etc
