Key Roles:
·Assess architectural drawings and/or tender documents to prepare Bill of Quantities.
·Prepare and issue sub-contract enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt.
·Prepare final construction proposals and tender documents where necessary and submit to clients.
·Maintain up to date material and construction rate databases.
·Follow up client proposals on a regular basis as per the system.
·Prepare and issue contractual letters to clients and/or sub-contractors.
·Post contract liaison with design team and project management team.
·Prepare global material procurement list for confirmed works.
·Site measurement and preparation and submission of interim valuations for ongoing construction works.
·Manage and value variations.
·Agreement and certification of sub-contractors interim valuations and final accounts.
·Prepare and submit final account.
·Degree/Diploma in QS or Construction Technology
·Computer literacy
·Minimum 3 years’ experience as a construction estimator/QS or similar field

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced digital marketing manager with the expertise to develop, implement and analyse fully integrated digital marketing strategy.
Job Requirements
To initiate, plan and implement digital sales and marketing campaigns, focused at meeting online revenue targets while ensuring a seamless online experience across all ecommerce, social media, mobile and online media channels.
Ensure brand assets deliver unified messaging and consistent branding across all digital marketing and communications in line with non-digital assets.
Develop content aligned to customer journey and relevant territories for use across brand website, media, social media, trade websites, 3rd party influencers.
To implement the social media strategy to grow and engage our audiences across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, among other platforms.
Deliver and optimize against all Jambojet’s social KPIS (respective platform metrics).
Develop social campaigns that drive engagement and increase share of voice.
To develop the email marketing strategy to grow the consumer database and driving the customer lifetime value.
Responsible for the distribution of e-newsletter communications, including setting up a calendar to drive strong levels of open rate and engagement.
Develop and manage a robust attractive affiliate program that maximizes on sales.
Key Requirements
University degree from a recognized university in Marketing, Business IT.
5 plus years working experience managing and/or working directly with online content, production editorial or copywriting for high traffic websites or gained in a highly dynamic and competitive industry.
Knowledge of digital media planning – SEO, PPC, display, mobile and social platforms, campaign management, campaign optimization and strategies.
Experience in working with a Content Management System and creating and developing content and campaign management are essential.
Knowledge of social media tools and techniques and the ability to use them creatively.
Expert in Google Analytics and Google AdWords with accompanying Google Certifications.
Experience in affiliate program recruitment and management with good knowledge of the technical aspects of affiliate tracking, reporting and insights.
Experience working with e-mail marketing tools and managing campaigns.
Travel or hospitality industry experiences a plus.
