Salary: 15,000 retainer +commission+ incentives
Roles and Responsibilities
• Represent the company at the designated sites.
• Source New business for the company.
• Handle client’s inquiries promptly.
• Submit daily work plans to the team leader
• Market the company products to potential clients.
• Carry out sales
• Handle all clients promptly.
• Prepare marketing presentations for pitching purposes.
Education Level
• Bachelor’s Degree in business with a specialization / Diploma in sales or Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
• Excellent planning, organizing and customer handling skills. Must be a relationship builder.
• Age limit from 25-35 years of age.
• Team working skills, assertive and flexible.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili
• Ability to work under a high pressure environment
• Prior experience working in the banking industry, insurance company is an added advantage.
