Impala Club wishes to fill the position of Repair and Maintenance Supervisor with the following description.
Repair & Maintenance Supervisor Job Qualifications
Diploma in mechanical, electrical engineering, electrical maintenance or related field
At least 4 years’ experience in a busy working environment
Well trained in plumbing and electrical work
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and Access
Key Duties for the Repair & Maintenance Supervisor Job
The Repair and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for:
Perform scheduled and random Club Inspection for well facilities operation any identify any equipment/facility that requires service or repair.
Assign and supervise the work of maintenance staff and inspect for completeness for effectiveness
Determine materials, equipment and supplies to be used in repair and maintenance.
Keep records of the casual workers and prepare analysis for their wages.
Coordinate all repairs and maintenance in the club.
Ensure all scheduled services for specific facilities e.g. gas cookers, gym equipment are timely done.
Participate in carrying out general repairs in the Club.
Coordinate and supervise work being done by contractors in the Department.
Report repairs and scheduled maintenance carried out on weekly and monthly basis to the Club Manager.
Raise materials requisitions and assist in getting the right ones.
Report any incident or matter that can pose as a threat or hazard to the Club
Maintain a neat, clean and safe working condition.
Any other duty as may be required from time to time.
The Repair and Maintenance Supervisor will report to the General Manager on Club maintenance matters.
