Key Responsibilities
• Efficient and effective management of CEO’s office, agenda and diary;
• Manage and coordinate visits of high level officials and business contacts;
• Maintain accurate and up to date contacts database and proper filing of documents and communications; and
• Supervise staff in the CEO’s office.
Person Specifications
• Be a holder of a Bachelors Degree in any of the following fields; Secretarial Studies, Business, Management or Public Administration;
• A Masters Degree in any of the above, or related fields from a university recognised in Kenya will be an added advantage; and
• Have knowledge and relevant experience of not less than eight (8) years in a secretarial role with three (3) years of providing secretarial services for C-suite level and/or senior level executive in an organisation of similar size as NHIF.
