ALMA Youth Engagement survey

The African Leaders Malaria Alliance (ALMA) was founded in 2009 and is a platform for African Heads of State and Government working to end malaria (and improve related areas of health) on the African continent by 2030.
ALMA works to sustain political and leadership commitments, and supports countries to track progress, identify bottlenecks and take action. ALMA uses scorecards and other management tools to enhance action and accountability at all levels from the continent down to the community.

As Chair of ALMA, His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta recognises the important opportunity and contributions of Youth in the fight against malaria and has set a goal of establishing a “Youth Army” to champion a social movement to end malaria, improve maternal and child health, and expand of universal healthcare.

ALMA is developing a youth strategy to fulfil our Chair’s vision. This strategy will be informed through input from young people across Africa and in the diaspora. We welcome your valuable input through this brief survey, which will lay the foundation for developing a sustainable and high-impact movement of Youth across this great continent.
