Description

1. Technical support for SIMcard manufacturing vendors.
   • Conduct sanity tests for new modules
   • Manage SIMcard input data and output data
   • Follow up technical issues raised by business
2. Test SIMcard management
   • Provision and activate Test cards
   • Keep track and manage usage and misuse of test SIMcards
   • Custodian of the physical Test SIMcards
3. Technical support for BSS system.
   • Technical support for BSS system changes
   • Manage BSS UAT
4. Technical support and contact person for Equitel partners
   • Airtel –Equitel Network support
   • Effortel – BSS support
5. Technical/UAT support for SMS tools i.e.
   • Bulk SMS tools
6. Technical support for Equitel shortcodes.
   • *100#
   • *544#
   • *740#
   • The resource can also act as the 1^st Technical touchpoint in PRSP (SMS and USSD shortcodes) configuration in UAT to improve efficiency.
     1. Guide PRSPs on how to integrate to Equitel USSD/SMS gateways
   1. Configure/Create them on USSD/SMS user interface

Qualifications

1. Understands Equitel SIMcard features well
2. Understands Equitel partners
3. Has Technical background or interested in learning simple technical roles
4. Can follow up issues to closure
5. Flexible
6. Good interpersonal skills
7. Bachelors Degree
