Responsible for smooth and efficient change management within the Bank and as per the Banks Strategy. Responsible in ensuring the day-to-day operations of all departments are efficient through periodic process reviews, documented change requests, project management and eventual digitization of processes and innovations. Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Responsible for planning and designating project resources, preparation of budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Customer Experience Analyst

The Customer Experience Analyst is responsible for monitoring customer experience, customer satisfaction, and service quality performance with cross-functional teams, creating accountability to proper handling procedures, performance and turnaround times, while ensuring appropriate resolution takes place.
