Positions Available:

Digitization Agent:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Scanning prepped documents.
    • Renaming scanned images appropriately.
    • Conducting quality checks on scanned files.
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • KCSE certificate (minimum grade of C-).
    • Certificate in computer studies.
    • Ability to operate a scanner.
    • Proximity to court station (desirable).

  • Responsibilities:
    • Receive files from the registry in-charge.
    • Allocate duties to the team.
    • Perform quality checks on scanned documents.
    • Approve documents for uploading to the Court Transcription System (CTS).
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • KCSE certificate (minimum grade of C-).
    • Diploma certificate in a related field.
    • Certificate in computer studies.
    • Proof of leadership role in digital work.
