CCBA has an extensive footprint in Africa, employing approximately 14 000 employees in Africa, with over 2000 employees in Kenya Key Purpose Statement The Supply Chain Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing support to the business and ensuring that decisions within Supply Chain are sound by adding value to our business. |
Key Duties & Responsibilities | Business partnering the Supply Chain function through transparent reporting and analysis. Translate Supply chain strategies into financial plan and monthly financial forecast. Drive Capex Financial Evaluations and Post Implementation Reviews Partner with the internal Finance teams and Supply Chain stakeholders to generate deep analytical insights on the functional. Particularly identifying the opportunities for operational execution. Lead Annual Operational Plans with key stakeholders. Lead cost deep dives with functional stakeholders Monitor Cash elements within Supply Chain Finance scope Capex and Stocks Reviewing and analysing the integrated P and L for the functions to identify opportunities and risks. Making use of analytical methodology, trending and KPI’s as tools to generate insights. Drive, monitor and manage performance delivery for the Value Capture initiatives within the Supply Chain function. Work with the compliance team to ensure development and implementation of management routines that drive clear accountability and corrective actions within the function. Drive organisational performance to deliver on financial objective. Business analysis with a view to propose and/or challenge the cost to serve and line efficiencies. Drive productivity within the Supply Chain function Oversee the processing and consolidation of all key reporting cycles: month end, budgeting and forecasting |
Skills, Experience & Education | QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent. Certified Public Accountant or ACCA qualification Registered Member of ICPAK EXPERIENCE: 10 – 15 years relevant and hands -on experience in managing people and managing complexity within a fast-paced FMCG Finance environment. Excellent knowledge of building finance business simulation and trend reports will be an added advantage |
