Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the selection of interior design and decoration solutions.
- Provide expert advice and product knowledge to guide customers in making informed choices.
- Educate customers on the latest trends and design concepts.
- Promote products and services to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven sales experience in a retail environment.
- Competency in computer use for inventory management and customer transactions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, energy, flexibility, and creativity.
- A Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design is desirable.
