3. Records Management Officer Tasked with the organization, storage, and retrieval of council documents and records, ensuring they are kept securely and are easily accessible for reference and decision-making.

4. Librarian Oversees the management of KNEC’s library resources, ensuring that staff and stakeholders have access to necessary academic resources and literature.

5. Examinations Officer – Islamic Religious Education (IRE) Specializes in the development, coordination, and management of IRE examinations, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.

6. Examinations Officer – Braille Dedicated to creating and managing examinations for visually impaired candidates, ensuring accessibility and fairness in assessment.

7. Examinations Officer – Kenyan Sign Language Focuses on the development and administration of examinations that cater to candidates who communicate through Kenyan Sign Language.

8. Research & Quality Assurance Officer Engages in research activities aimed at improving examination quality and educational assessment, implementing quality assurance measures.

9. Principal Librarian Takes a leadership role in the library, guiding the acquisition, organization, and dissemination of knowledge resources.

10. Principal Research and Quality Assurance Officer Leads research initiatives and quality assurance strategies to uphold the integrity and standards of examinations.

11. Principal Supply Chain Management Officer Oversees and refines the supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, services, and information.

12. Principal ICT Officer Leads the ICT department, ensuring the deployment of technology solutions to enhance examination management and delivery.

13. Assistant Director, Research Innovation & Educational Assessment Resource Center Responsible for spearheading research and innovation in educational assessment, overseeing the development of resources and tools for educators and assessors.

14. Assistant Director, Supply Chain Management A strategic role focusing on optimizing the supply chain operations to support the council’s activities efficiently and effectively.

15. Deputy Director, Test Development (Teacher Assessments) Leads the development of assessment tools for teacher evaluations, contributing to the professional development and accreditation of educators.

16. Deputy Director, Research Innovation & Educational Assessment Resource Center Guides the research and development of innovative assessment methods and tools, ensuring they meet international standards and local needs.

17. Deputy Director, Examinations and Assessment Support Services – ICT Oversees the integration of ICT in examinations and assessment, enhancing the reliability, accessibility, and security of testing processes.

18. Deputy Director, Human Resource Management and Development Leads HR strategies and initiatives to develop and manage KNEC’s workforce, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

19. Director, Test Development At the helm of test development, this role is crucial in ensuring the validity, reliability, and relevance of national examinations.
