Job Descriptions

1. Community Mobilizer – THRIVE Project (Taita Taveta County)

  • Location: Taita Taveta, Kenya
  • Responsibilities:
    • Engage and mobilize communities for the implementation of the THRIVE Project.
    • Facilitate awareness sessions and build trust within the local community.
    • Work closely with project officers to ensure smooth execution of programs.

2. Community Mobilizer – THRIVE Project (Tana River County)

  • Location: Galole ADP, Kenya
  • Responsibilities:
    • Act as a liaison between the project team and the community.
    • Organize community meetings and workshops to encourage participation.
    • Support monitoring and evaluation activities by collecting field data.

3. Project Officer – Advocacy for Increasing Investment to End Sexual Violence Against Children (AIESVAC)

  • Location: Karen, Kenya
  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead advocacy efforts to increase investments in ending sexual violence against children.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective advocacy campaigns.
    • Support research and policy development in line with project objectives.

4. Project Coordinator – Isiolo Women Economic Empowerment Project

  • Location: Oldonyiro, Kenya
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the implementation of economic empowerment initiatives for women in Isiolo.
    • Develop training materials and coordinate workshops.
    • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

5. Project Coordinator – Community Economic Strengthening Project (CESP)

  • Location: Wamba AP, Samburu, Kenya
  • Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate economic empowerment projects aimed at building sustainable livelihoods.
    • Engage community leaders and members in project activities.
    • Manage resources and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

6. Director – People & Culture

  • Location: Karen, Kenya
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide strategic leadership in people management and organizational culture.
    • Develop and implement talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.

7. Community Mobilizers – Lafey Sub County

  • Location: Mandera, Kenya
  • Responsibilities:

8. Insurance Business Development Manager – VisionFund International, Africa

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement insurance solutions to support VisionFund’s financial inclusion goals.

    • Provide strategic direction for scaling insurance products within the region.

9. Reliever Driver

10. Project Officer – Nutrition (UNICEF NICHE Project)
