The is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability. The role involves designing and developing IT infrastructure, automating processes, and implementing system improvements to support business operations.
Responsibilities
1. Install, configure, and maintain systems hardware and software.
2. Ensure system performance, security, availability, and reliability.
3. Provide continuous user support and troubleshooting.
4. Design and develop IT systems and infrastructure.
5. Manage ICT network systems (LAN, WAN, intranet).
6. Implement system improvements and automation.
7. Maintain business systems and develop interface programs.
8. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
9. Write, debug, and validate program code for applications.
10. Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing and document technical processes.
11. Continuously review and improve existing applications.
12. Implement automation solutions and system improvements.
13. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and update system documentation.
