Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ICT strategies and policies;
- Manage budgets and ensure optimal use of resources;
- Coordinate systems and network infrastructure;

2. Assistant Director, Records – Job Group “P” (1 Post)
The Assistant Director will provide leadership in managing the county’s records system, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient archiving, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce records management policies;
- Supervise records lifecycle including classification and retention;
- Implement Electronic Records Management Systems (ERMS);
- Lead teams and facilitate cross-departmental coordination;
- Ensure compliance through reporting, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Records Management or related field;

4. Assistant Director, Communications – Job Group “P” (1 Post)
The successful candidate will oversee strategic communication efforts that align with the county’s policy direction and governance objectives.

6. Chief Information Communication Technology Officer – Job Group “N” (1 Post)
This position manages applications supporting the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and related systems.

- Collaborate on system development and architecture;

7. Accountant II – Job Group “J” (1 Post)
Reporting to the Principal Accountant, the Accountant II will perform essential accounting duties.
