Chief Officer, Governor’s Office – Job Group ‘S’ (1 Post)

Job Description:
The Chief Officer, Governor’s Office, will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations and strategic activities linked to the Governor’s mandate. This includes providing technical support and policy direction across sectors under the Governor’s purview, and serving as the principal advisor on administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing county legislation and policies as guided by the Governor.
  • Coordinating the execution of development projects and administrative initiatives.
  • Overseeing interdepartmental communication and policy coherence.
  • Offering executive support in formulation of strategies and programs aligned with the county’s vision.
  • Facilitating the Governor’s interface with external stakeholders and national government organs.
  • Ensuring compliance with public service regulations and performance targets.
  • Preparing briefs, reports, and policy memos as needed by the Governor.

Chief Officer, Finance and Accounting – Job Group ‘S’ (1 Post)

Job Description:
The Chief Officer for Finance and Accounting will serve as the primary technical and administrative lead in financial planning and management, ensuring the county’s fiscal policies support development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the preparation and implementation of the county’s budget.
