Job Purpose
The Learning Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the bank’s Learning and Development strategy by analyzing training needs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and ensuring the continuous development of employees. The role involves leveraging intermediate data analytics, industry trends, and stakeholder input to enhance the bank’s learning culture and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from physical training, learning platforms, and other sources to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into learner engagement, completion rates, and learning outcomes.
- Use intermediate analytics skills, with the ability to manage, interpret, and visualize data to support decision-making, reporting, and continuous improvement of learning and other Human Resource initiatives.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for improving learning experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning analytics to drive innovation in our learning strategies.
- Support the implementation and optimization of learning technologies and tools to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
- Automate learning data collection processes where possible to streamline reporting and analysis.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Qualifications, Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and PowerPoint is an added advantage.
