Job Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for two System Analysts to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidates will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting business applications and systems that drive efficiency and innovation within Jubilee Life Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in system design, configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support for existing systems and troubleshoot application issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and improve user experience.
- Maintain system documentation, perform upgrades, and ensure data integrity and security compliance.
- Support digital transformation initiatives through process automation and integration with core systems.
