Job Description:
The Intern – Public Information will support UNDRR’s communications and public outreach initiatives. The role involves assisting in drafting press releases, feature stories, newsletters, and other materials aimed at increasing public awareness of disaster risk reduction efforts. The intern will contribute to managing UNDRR’s online presence, including social media platforms and website content. Additional responsibilities include supporting event organization, media monitoring, and assisting in the development of multimedia content such as videos and infographics.
The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in strategic communication, media relations, and international public information management within a dynamic UN environment.
