Job Description:
The Intern – Training and Development Section will provide support in implementing and coordinating UNDSS training programmes and capacity-building initiatives. The role includes assisting in the design, organization, and delivery of training materials, maintaining training databases, and updating records of participants and courses. The intern will help in preparing reports, analyzing feedback from training evaluations, and identifying areas for improvement.
Additional responsibilities may include supporting communication and logistics for workshops, webinars, and e-learning sessions, as well as contributing to the development of digital learning tools and content. The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in training administration, adult learning principles, and human resource development in a global security context.
