Job Description:
The Communications and Research Intern will assist in strengthening UN-Habitat’s outreach, visibility, and knowledge dissemination activities. The intern will support the development of communication materials such as articles, press releases, newsletters, and social media content to highlight key initiatives and achievements. They will also contribute to research activities by gathering and analyzing data on urban development trends, sustainable housing, and policy frameworks.
The role further involves assisting in event coordination, preparing briefing notes, and maintaining communication databases. The intern will work closely with the communications and research teams to ensure consistency in messaging and data-driven storytelling. This internship offers hands-on experience in international communication strategy, research coordination, and urban policy development.
