1. Communication Internship – Nairobi Office
Role Overview
The Communication Intern will collaborate closely with the NTA communication team, assisting in branding, digital engagement, and media outreach. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about content creation, digital communication, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhancing NTA’s brand identity by developing communication materials, including digital media content, reports, publications, flyers, and posters.
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating social media engagement strategies to enhance NTA’s online presence.
- Creating engaging visual content that effectively conveys project objectives.
- Ensuring all communication materials adhere to NTA’s branding and style guidelines.
- Assisting in internal communication strategies to improve organizational outreach.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using digital media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn) for engagement and advocacy.
- Experience with social media design and content creation tools.
- Understanding of how social media influences policy change campaigns.

- The intern is required to work three days per week under the Communication Department.
