TEN (10) DRIVERS URGENTLY REQUIRED AT TEACHERS SERVICE COMMISSION (TSC)
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) wishes to recruit ten (10) qualified individuals as drivers. Applications are invited from suitable qualified candidates for the positions indicated above.
DRIVER II TSC SCALE 2 – ADVERT NO. 4/2017
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Driving Commission vehicle.
2)Undertaking routine checks and maintenance of motor vehicles.
3)Detecting and reporting any malfunctioning of the vehicle systems.
4)Ensuring security of vehicles on and off the road.
5)Maintaining accurate and up to date records of work tickets for the vehicle assigned.
6)Taking necessary precautions to ensure safety of passengers and/ or goods.
7)Alerting supervisors on renewal of relevant licences.
8)Keeping assigned vehicle(s) clean.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
1) A minimum requirement of K.C.S.E mean grade D+ or its equivalent.
2) Avalid BCE Driving Licence.
3) Five (5) years driving experience after obtaining the Driving Licence.
DRIVER I TSC SCALE 3 – ADVERT NO. 5/2017
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
1) A minimum requirement of K.C.S.E mean grade C- or its equivalent.
2)A valid BCE Driving Licence.
3)Five (5) years driving experience after obtaining the Driving Licence.
SALARY SCALE 2
(JG-E) Kshs 24,620×2,210 – 26,830×2,210 – 29040 ×2,209 – 31,249 PM.
SALARY SCALE 3
(JG-F) Kshs. 31,250×1,326 – 32,576 × 1,326 – 33,902×1,326 – 35,227×1,325 – 36,553×1,326 – 37,878 PM.
NB – Applicants who will be successful in the oral interview will be referred to Automobile Association of Kenya (AAK) for a competency test and will be required to submit a certificate of Good Conduct.
