LEGAL OFFICER
Main Purpose of the Job
To provide strategic legal advice to The Board and Management so as to enhance good corporate governance and compliance with set laws and regulations.
Key Job Skills
Sound understanding of the regulatory environment with respect to statutory and regulatory authorities, Excellent knowledge of corporate, regulatory and company law, rules and norms, Leadership and business skills, Communication and negotiation skills, Interpersonal skills, People management skills, Planning and organizational skills, Good presentation skills, High initiative and ability to work independently with minimum supervision, High integrity and good ethical behavior, Attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of laws Degree (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- An advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a current advocate’s practicing certificate.
- Must be a Certified Public Secretary and a member of ICPSK
- At least 4 years’ relevant experience
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Main Purpose of the Job
Implementing the HR strategy, policies, processes and procedures while ensuring the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience in order to achieve overall company objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resource Option)
- Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
- At least 4 year’s relevant experience
- Membership to a professional body
INTERNAL AUDITOR
Main Purpose of the Job
To drive the implementation of risk and audit policies and procedures, as well as provide independent and objective assurance on adequacy and effectiveness of organization systems and controls for management of Audit, Risk & Compliance.

Excellent understanding of Audit, Accounting, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Ability to work under pressure, Attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to maintain independence and ethical standards in performance of assignments, Leadership skills, Innovative, Change Champion
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business related studies
- Must have CPA (K) /equivalent
- At least 4 year’s relevant experience
