ADMINISTRATOR
Octopus ICT Solutions is an e-Learning company in Nairobi, and is recruiting for an administrator. This is a full time position, start date October 2018

Job Description
1. Provide an efficient support service (e.g.) issue or raise invoices, requisition and sourcing of items.
2. Petty cash management
3. Procurement: stationery, Office equipment, miscellaneous.
4. Ensure that the company is at par with compliance in government regulations/ requirements.
5. Ensure VAT compliance and returns and monitor taxation issues
6. Banking transactions
7. Support senior management by providing advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation.
8. Maintain the company’s non-employee records
9. Manage quality and cost control
10. Provide document and telecommunication management
11. Gather, adapt, store and distribute information within the company
12. Any other duties as may be prescribed by the senior management.
13. Carry out human resources duties as follows:
Requirements for this Position;
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
2. CPA level 2 with good knowledge of QuickBooks
3. HR Experience is an added advantage
4. Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal abilities
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
6. Familiarity with office management procedures
7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
8. Great attention to detail
9. Being a team player
