• Develops and executes sales and collection strategy to achieve agreed KPIs and sales & collection targets
• Leads the sales forecasting, planning, budgeting process and target setting for the Company
• Proactively identifies opportunities for sales & collection process improvement and works to ensure all sales & collection objectives are assigned in a timely fashion
People
• Recruit, manage and develop a team of efficient staff through ongoing performance management and measurement of agreed KPI metrics
• Support and manage the training needs and design programs for the team along with the HR department
Qualifications
Experience in Logbook Loans
Team Leadership Experience
Fast and Accurate
Diploma in Business Management or Cooperative Management
