FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Key responsibilities
Pro-actively and re-actively sell the product using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
Represent the company and build productive long-lasting relationships with the customers
Reporting prospects, meetings and sales into the company’s sales tracker system
Processing orders set by the customer regularly
Create monthly sales reports on personal performance to the supervisor

A vacancy has arisen in the HR and administration department and we are seeking to recruit a Human Resource Assistant; a person with high sense of professionalism, competence, excellent interpersonal, administration and organizational skills to fill above position.

Responsibilities
The person will handle day to day Human Resource and administration roles in liaison with the HR Manager by coordinating and facilitating HR programs geared towards improving workers performance and ensuring smooth industrial and employee relations environment. The responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Management of HR records: Ensure accurate records are kept and appropriate reports are compiled and presented to the HR manager.

2. Payroll; Participate in payroll preparation in liaison with HR manager and finance department to ensure accuracy of payroll data.

3. Staff onboarding: Coordinate onboarding of new staff.

4. Staff welfare: Assist in handling general staff welfare- canteen, sports, staff parties etc

5. Performance management; Assist in coordinate performance management process, particularly appraisal and Performance Improvement Plan.

Minimum Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with one-year experience in a similar role or Diploma in Human Resource Management with two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Computer proficiency: MS Office Suite and HR Management systems
• Good understanding of Labor laws and their application
• Effective communication skills both oral and written.
• Experience in the flower industry in a similar role will be an added advantage.
