Sheffield Steel Systems Limited is a registered company specializing in the provision of Kitchen and Laundry Solutions. We are located off Mombasa road near SGR Syokimau railway station.
Our services entail Concept Design, Customized Solutions, Fabrications, Supplies, and Spares and after Sales Services. Sheffield provides a one stop shop solution for setting up and equipping a wide range of food and beverage facilities including Kitchens, Restaurants, Bar and Coffee Shops.
We seek to hire a Graduate Sales Trainee who will be tasked with the following responsibilities
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Achieve Qualitative Targets- monthly, quarterly & annually. Qualitative targets include:
- Conducting Promotional activities (exhibitions and demonstrations).
- Popularizing Sheffield show room by engaging customers to visit our facilities.
- Using web based tools.
- Managing key accounts.
- Identifying low hanging fruits & upselling.
- Implementing CRM activities through strong services.
- Setting targets for team members and ensuring that they deliver (number of customer calls, visits, emails, invites etc.)
- Move dead stock.
- Participate in development of new products
2. Prepare analytical monthly/ quarterly performance reports and execute, present the same to your Manager on monthly basis.
3. Identify potentials, develop designs and proposals in demographic and market segments, develop unique propositions and services demonstrate quickest Rio’s to investors etc.
4. Prepare strategies/processes to be adopted for achieving sales targets both short term and long term.
5. Any other duty assigned to yourself in relation to your position.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in a Sales and Marketing and related field.
2. Minimum experience of one year in sales.
3. Experience working in a fast paced work environment.
4. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills
5. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
6. Exhibits high proficiency in sales.
