Data Entry Clerk*
Responsibilities
• Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
• Typing in data provided directly from production processes.
• Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
• Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
• Updating existing data
• Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sorting and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
*Requirements*
• At least 6 months proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk
• Great attention to detail
• Proficient in MS office, with proven experience in MS Excel
•  Diploma in ICT will be an added advantage
