Manchester United is looking for passionate, enthusiastic people who are willing to commit themselves to us for each of our home games at Old Trafford in the following hospitality roles;

 

Job Title: Waiting On
Reports to: Hospitality Manager/Supervisor

You will be working within one of our Hospitality Suites or Box Areas, serving guests that are attending a match day. The ideal candidate would be confident, outgoing, and have a friendly nature. Must also be comfortable working as part of a team and taking instructions well.

 

Job Title: Bar Staff
Reports To: Bar Manager/Supervisor

Must be over the age of 18 and will be required to work in hospitality suites and dispense bars within the stadium. A bar position requires a well presented candidate who is trustworthy and respectful with a pleasant manner and a welcoming and cheery personality.

 

Job TitleKiosk Assistant
Reports To: Kiosk Service Champion

Working on a busy concourse area within separate concessions around the stadium; you will work as part of a team that is directed by a Service Champion. This position requires a well presented candidate with a friendly, approachable attitude who can show confidence when welcoming customers to Old Trafford and serving in a fast paced environment.

Applicants in this role would preferably be 18 or over, those who apply must note that working with and/or around alcohol will be involved

 

Job TitleBack of House Assistant
Reports To: Back of House Team Leader

You would be working within the kitchens supporting the hospitality teams. This role involves operating machinery such as pot-wash machines and the movement of stores and equipment around the stadium. It is a physical role in which assistants may be required to work in smaller teams or under their own supervision.
