SITE ACQUISITION CONSULTANT ROLE
We are looking to recruit a Site Acquisition Consultant to be responsible for site acquisition and leasing on behalf of the organization within the laid down scope.
SITE ACQUISITION CONSULTANT DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify and propose new locations in line with Radio Network Plan;
2. Manage site leasing and acquisition agreements for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure at multiple sites;
3. Negotiate with landlords and property agents on rentals within agreed framework;
4. Identify and report potential risks and opportunities within the proposed installation area;
5. Report the status of projects to clients, subcontractors, and other involved parties;
6. Work closely with site acquisition subcontractors on sites;
7. Must be willing to travel across the country;
8. Coordinate and monitor permit applications, regulatory reports, and construction plans for sites;
9. Oversee sites to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and records are kept properly;
10. Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SITE ACQUISITION CONSULTANT ROLE
• Bachelor’s degree in Building/Land Economics or Electrical/Telecommunications engineering;
• At least eight (8) years of working experience;
• Telecom/ISP/Networking experience is required;
• Strong communication skills, Work Ethics & Values;
