Introduction
Our client is seeking a Hands on Deck passionate individual with skills and competence to full time run a mega dairy farm in Naivasha.
The farm with a minimum of 100 cow heads also has dozens of sheep and goats, adjacent fodder open hectare fields nearby and farm machinery.
Milk production is the core business with sale of in calf heifers, curled dams, yearlings and bulls also an extension of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively run the farm to it’s utmost potential as a business.
- Ensure the programs are adhered to and the project realizes it’s set targets.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Passion for proper animal husbandry practices.
- Degree in relevant field. Experience is an added advantage.
