Job Specification…Key outputs and deliverables 1. To manage the company liquidity on a day to day basis to ensure that the funds are always available to meet any obligation that may arise 2. Establish and perform an effective budgetary monitoring system (variance analysis) to ensure that it is as per the approved plan and that any variance is explained 3. Ensure that all company debts are collected within the stipulated time to ensure that the company meets its financial obligations and Return on Investment income 4. Ensure that (external and internal) accounting procedures are being followed to ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards and regulators requirement 5. To manage the accounting function and to supervise and motivate the staff therein to ensure that they successfully discharge their duties 6. Ensure that the monthly and annual accounts are prepared within the stipulated time to assist management and the directors in prompt decision making 7. Execute investment decisions as directed 8. Prepare the finance expenses budget and consolidate the same for the company for management presentation and approved by the board 9. Ensure compliance with tax authorities |
