Ol Pejeta are delighted to offer internship opportunities for students and recent graduates looking to expand their CV and get some work experience under their belts.
As part of our commitment to decent work and employment for all, our internship programmes provide participants with the opportunity to work with professionals across a number of different fields, and help to set the foundation of their careers.
From wildlife monitoring to accounting, every department on Ol Pejeta wholeheartedly integrates at least one intern into their day-to-day schedule, allowing them to be part of a team and learn from the experts.
Employers are much more likely to hire someone with first-hand practise in their occupation, and we are pleased to assist any eager applicants with this as much as we can.
Internships generally last between three to six months, and we are able to supply accommodation for up to eight interns (four male and four females, in dorms). We also provide learning opportunities for current students who have not yet completed their studies, but they must provide letters from their learning institutions.
Please note that as much as we would like to be able to offer employment to all our interns, this is not something we can guarantee, either immediately after the internship or later on. We review every employment application individually and are obliged to offer equal opportunities to all applicants.
