POSITION: REAL ESTATE SALES/ LEASING AGENT
REPORTING TO: HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & AGENCY
Job Description
Rent or sell property for our clients. Perform duties, such as property listings, interview prospective tenants/ buyers, accompany prospective tenants/ buyers for viewings, negotiate the terms for the contract, and draw up real estate contracts.
The ideal person will be expected to:
- Lease and sell properties that NW Realite is mandated to lease and sell including those managed by NW Realite
- Take clients for viewings
- Fully understand the Nairobi middle to high-end real estate market
- Draw up precise Letters of Offer/ Heads of Terms
- Ensure each property/site has professional photos taken and ensure the properties are listed on the company website and on social media.
- They need to be between 25 and 40
- They need to present well and communicate well
- They shall earn a stipend plus commissions
- They need to be able to go and source for work/ bring work to NW Realite (commission payable on that)
- They need to be highly motivated
- They need to have experience in closing real estate deals in the middle and upper property markets
- They need to be tech-savvy
