- Articulate clearly and with examples the value you bring to the role.
- Be honest, always. Don’t do the “my biggest weakness is seeking perfection” type answers. Instead, share your vulnerability and how you intend to compensate or eliminate it.
- Be clear about your deal breakers – stuff that is non-negotiable. People will remember when you calmly and decisively stick to your guns.
