INDIVIDUAL GIVING LEAD
We are currently recruiting for the position of Individual Giving Lead. This individual will raise unrestricted income from donors (gifts below US$1,000). He/ she will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering the income and expenditure of multi-channel multi-country campaigns for donor acquisition, cultivation and stewardship. The role holder will develop and implement the organisation’s individual giving strategy and plan that results in supporter retention and increased giving, with a focus on growing Ol Pejeta’s monthly giving program. Lead on growing the existing individual giving supporter base. The Individual Giving Lead will work with the Communications team to maximise impact of global campaigns. The IG Lead will also be responsible for the ongoing monitoring, continuous improvement and success of your campaigns that provides unrestricted income, crucial to our future growth as an organisation.

PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT & FUNDING LEAD
We are currently recruiting for the position of Programme Development & Funding Lead. He / she will play a key role in aligning programme priorities so that they deliver impact and attract and enable resource mobilisation from a varied range of donors. The role holder will work closely with programmes and fundraising to develop innovative programmes and projects that align to strategic goals and deliver clear outcomes for beneficiaries. Programmes and projects should appeal to national government funding bodies, trusts and foundations, corporate donors and voluntary funding streams.

IMMERSIVE CONSERVATION EXPERIENCES
Every year, Ol Pejeta receives many requests from participants wishing to spend some of their time on the Conservancy helping in any way they can in support of its conservation and community development aims. Ol Pejeta welcomes two types of participants:
- Individuals who wish to donate their skills and time to Ol Pejeta. This is very much for accomplished professionals who have very specific skills and would like to give back to us.
- Individuals who would like to join our 2-week Immersive Conservation Programme. This programme is tailored to provide an immersive, hands-on and fulfilling experience in one of Africa’s most pristine conservation areas.

INTERNSHIP / ATTACHMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Ol Pejeta works to provide students with a fulfilling work environment by offering internship/attachment opportunities. Students engaged in internship/attachment programmes are fully immersed into the day-to-day operations of the conservancy to prepare them for productive work opportunities in future.
Internship/attachment are usually only offered to Kenyan citizens, but if you are outside of Kenya, please provide us with a CV, and a letter from your college supporting the internship/attachment. We will consider your application carefully.
