CCBA has an extensive footprint in Africa, employing approximately 14 000 employees in Africa, with over 2000 employees in Kenya. Key Purpose StatementTo manage and develop relationships with existing and potential event organizers through well executed events and timely deliveries.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategicGenerate innovative ideas to develop winning strategic and activities for NARTD growth and fight against competition in trade.Lead coordination of consumer experiential activations in the scope of all types of national promotions from bundling, redemption and others including the strategic experiential sampling that drives recruitment and trial, creating new brand awareness  and events marketing to drive brand recruitment.OperationalDevelopment of experimental marketing activities and execution of tailor made promotions and solutions for CCBA KenyaDevelop a maintenance schedule of assets for efficiency in activations.Ensure safe operations of all activities, legal and KO compliance and standards maintained through the activations.Asset and Rig care and management.Ensure brand visibility during events and full implementation of Picture of Success.
Skills, Experience & EducationQualificationsKCSE Certificate.Valid Driving License Class BCEValid professional driver’s permit as well as any other relevant statutory documentation.Valid Certificate of Good Conduct with at least 6 months to expiryGood Leadership and communication skillsBasic routine vehicle maintenance practicesValid professional drivers permit or statutory documentationPrepared to work fixed shifts at a specific time of day or days of the weekMechanical knowledge and understanding required to keep vehicles under their control in a safe and operational condition according to the Company and legal standardsUnderstanding of key performance indicators within rig events team that impact on internal and external customersUnderstanding of satellite tracking systems and associated systems such as iCab, dash and other vehicle security cameras.Communicates effectively with the Events Team Leader on the rig route plan executionCommunicates effectively and professionally with the team and with other stakeholdersWorks effectively and competently with Company commercial documentationEffective time managementExperienceAt least 7 years of driving experience of Heavy Commercial Vehicle Articulate or Semi Articulate Truck.Prior event’s rig driving experienceAdded advantageExperience in Experiential and events activations.Experience in events MC or Disc Jockey DJ.
