Key Purpose StatementThe Insights and Knowledge Specialist supports the Insights and Knowledge Manager to provide a comprehensive Marketing and RTM measurement system excluding RED to enable decision support and management reporting. It also develops and maintains the CCBA Knowledge Management system e.g. tools, processes and routines for the Marketing and RTM elements. It will provide disproportionate operational support and capability building to small countries. |
Key Duties & Responsibilities | Maintain the CCBA Measurement system excluding REDSupport the Insights and Knowledge Management Lead to establish the measurement system for the countryMaintain this system to provide trends and data to shape strategic decisions, commercial programmes and key engagements with leadersProvide data and related insights to the Strategic Marketing and Commercial Excellence for decision support and management reportingProvide data and related insights to country Marketing and S and D teams for decision supportProvide data and related insights to the Strategic Marketing and Commercial Excellence team for decision support and management reportingWork with members of the Marketing and S and D teams for capability building, incl. training and coaching on these measurement processes and their interpretation or use, and for operational support, e.g. running the measurement routines, producing and interpreting reportsSupport the Insights and Knowledge Manager to track and report insights relating to macro-economic trends, customer, consumer provided by TCCC, category, and competitor reviews and analysisMaintain the Knowledge Management systemAssist the Insights and Knowledge Manager to set up and manage the Knowledge Management system including a portal, best practice tools, capability building assets.Support and coordinate learning communities and their collaboration routines, working with Marketing Excellence and RTM ExcellenceEnsure contributions to knowledge portal and information is kept up to date |
Skills, Experience & Education | QualificationsRelevant University, Bachelor degree is essential e.g. BCOM Finance, BSc. StatisticsExperienceApproximately 4-6 years of relevant Corporate experienceA track record of enabling commercial results through insightful analysis and reportingExperience with effective Knowledge ManagementExperience in multiple country or region experience will be an advantage |
