Job DescriptionCoca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBuA) has exciting opportunities in our HR department. We are looking for talented individuals with relevant skills and experience for HR Specialist roles, which are based in the above mentioned area. The successful candidates will report directly to the Human Resources Business Partner in the above area. KEY PURPOSE Supports Regional HR Business Partners in designated part of the region, ensuring appropriate cover of a geographical area of the ‘region’; enabling achievement of the region’s business plan and targets, aligned to the organization’s overall strategic objective of long term growth. The role will provide generalist support to all functions of the business within the designated geographical area.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesKEY OUTPUTS • As a generalist, provides input to Regional Business Partner: • Agree on the organisation/ people agenda in the business unit(s) • Agree on a common set of priority needs from the Specialist teams • Leverage experience / practices in and above market • Ensure the overall health of human capital and people practices in the business unit(s) • Participate in management of the business unit(s) • Ensure excellent execution of the HR processes within the business unit (s) • Identify & implement the organizational capabilities required to achieve business units/regional goals in collaboration with HRBP as inputs to the CoEs. • Provide change/transition support to the business units/region so that change practices can be more readily acceptable and change benefits realised • Collaborate with HRBP as inputs to specialist teams to create effective and integrated HR solutions for teams & individuals • Diagnose business performance problems and collaborate with specialist teams to create effective and integrated HR solutions for teams & individuals • Provide feedback to HRBP as inputs to specialist teams about HR solution effectiveness and work with them as appropriate to identify continuous improvement opportunities • Monitor and executes the organisation’s performance & provide data for the people/ organisation scorecard • Ability to develop strong, professional relationships with internal customers, through integrity and delivery. • Credible, trustworthy and able to recommend solutions that are aligned to customer needs and long term interest of the organisation. • Ability to facilitate team discussions and shape positive behaviours.
Skills, Experience & EducationExperience • Minimum requirement: Three or more years Human Resources Generalist Experience The advert has minimum requirements listed.
