The aim of this programme is to give young energetic and result oriented graduates an opportunity to acquire practical professional skills & experience and prepare them for the job market.
The program which is structured to run for one (1) year will give successful applicants opportunity to learn the business operations in their areas of specialization as detailed below

Specific requirements
- Kenyan Citizens aged below 30 years
- Be a recent (Past 3 years) Bachelor’s Degree graduates or Diploma holders in the above mentioned fields of study from a recognized University
- Flexible, adaptable and resourceful persons with a positive attitude towards work
- Team player with a desire to learn
- Demonstrated Leadership potential
- Keen interest in cement production
- Excellent writing, analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Successful candidates for the internship program shall be engaged for a period not exceeding twelve (12) months with NO guarantee for employment after the expiry of the internship period.
