We provide Mobility solutions to our customers including New Vehicles Sales, Preowned vehicles (Automark), Service maintenance, Spare Parts & Accessories, and Fleet Management Solutions.

We are the distributor of new Toyota and Suzuki brands, HINO trucks and Yamaha Motorbikes in Kenya.

Through our Winpart Division, we offer our Customers a wide range of new multibrand Aftermarket (IAM) Automotive products and our Autofast service centers we offer Multibrand quick service car maintenance services.

Over the years, the company has grown to be the leader in the Automotive industry in Kenya.

In line with our business strategy, we are seeking to recruit highly competent, proactive and self-driven Sales Executive Scooter and B2C segment. The ideal candidate will report to the Yamaha Brand Manager

The Sales Executive Scooter and B2C segment, is responsible for the achievement of the set sales targets in scooter and other B2C model sales in order to support the achievement of the Yamaha business targets.

The key roles and responsibilities include:

Operational Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular field activations to expand the customer and market base for the Yamaha scooter and B2C Models.
  2. Prepare accurate quotations and sales reports as required including the daily sales activity, all touch cards, and all touch lists, as well as event reports, to assist track performance while in the field.
  3. Offer financing facilitation through sourcing, documentation, and follow-up on finance applications for clients to enhance the achievement of sales targets, and for customer retention
  4. Coordinate and follow through on marketing activities and after-sales issues that arise after the delivery of units to clients for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention
  5. Gather market information on a regular basis on other Yamaha competitors in the B2C category to assist in planning and decision making
  6. Participate in marketing activities to promote Yamaha B2C and product awareness for market expansion as well as the acquisition of new customers
  7. Conduct product demonstration to prospective customers
  8. Organise B2C field activities and display them in rider`s events and malls as per the calendar
  9. Generate Field reports on market intelligence on what the competition is doing in the market.
  10. Coordinate all the digital campaigns with help of the marketing department including the use of influences and generating reports from digital platforms.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in sales and marketing or any other related field
  • 3 years working experience in sales in the automotive industry
  • Computer literacy
  • Driving licence/experience with motorcycle class
  • Report writing skills
  • Presentation skills
