We are seeking to recruit a dynamic professional to fill the following position based in Naivasha Kenya.
WEIGHBRIDGE CLERK.
The job holder will be responsible to accurately capture through the weighbridge the weights of all
products in and products out of the plant and ensure high integrity.
Key Responsibility
Key Responsibility
Accurate weighing of the consignments.
Efficiently and accurately input data of weighing of the consignments from vehicles collecting/delivering to the site.
Maintain accurate and complete weighbridge register.
Verifying all documents for consignment to establish the genuineness before weighing.
Prepare daily reports on weight average variances.
Uphold the company’s code of business conduct & ethics policy
Report to the Supervisor or Plant Manager any malfunctioning of the weighbridge.
Identify and report all quality and food safety issues during daily operations.
Any other assigned duties
Key Qualification, Experience, Skills
a. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Purchasing & Supply/Procurement or related field
b. 2+ years of Weighbridge Clerk working experience
c. Manufacturing Industry experience would be beneficial
d. Strong sense of urgency and detail-oriented
e. Ability to work under minimum supervision
f. Ability to maintain confidential information.
