Nature Kenya — the East Africa Natural History Society— is Africa’s oldest scientific Society, established in 1909 to promote the study and conservation of nature in East Africa. To achieve its mission “connecting nature and people” Nature Kenya delivers a programme to save species, conserve habitats, foster sustainability and build support for nature. To manage and sustain these activities Nature Kenya is seeking to recruit dedicated, highly motivated, result oriented and innovative individuals as follows:

Site Action Facilitators (Interns) 

To educate children, youth and adults at eco-resource centres at Key Biodiversity Areas; catalyze formation of school environment clubs; and build conservation skills of Site Support Groups.

Key qualifications: University degree in Natural Resource Management or relevant field, excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills; spark for action, quality, efficiency and ability to meet targets (read more details here).
