They are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Cashiers/Counter Staff – In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service at our resort’s various counters. The monthly salary for this position is Ksh.7,000. They are looking for candidates with a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude towards customer care.
- Waiters/Waitresses – As a member of waitstaff, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The monthly salary for this position is Ksh.4,000. They are seeking individuals who are courteous, attentive, and possess excellent communication skills.
To be considered for these positions, They require the following attributes:
- High attitude in customer care – They value exceptional customer service and seek candidates who are friendly, approachable, and dedicated to meeting the needs of guests.
- Minimum of Form Four D- and above – A high school education is necessary for these positions to ensure basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Smart and sharp – Looking for individuals who present themselves in a professional manner, with a neat appearance and a keen eye for detail.
- Aged 22 years and above – Due to the responsibilities and nature of the roles, they prefer candidates who are at least 22 years old.
- Sales and hospitality management course is an added advantage – While not mandatory, candidates with a background in sales and hospitality management will be given preference.
