- No tertiary qualification in automotive.
- Worked at a garage for 6 months.

This program targets youth currently working in the informal automotive sector with the aim to:-
Bridge the skills gap and upskill Trainees to enable them carry out minor and major repairs on Toyota models as per recommended standards.
Keep pace with technological changes in the automotive industry, using the latest automotive technology at the Toyota Kenya Academy Empower trainees with entrepreneurial and leadership skills

- Age 18-35 years
- KCSE Certificate
- Kenyan Citizen
- No tertiary qualification in automotive
- Currently working at a garage with at least 6 months of automotive experience
