16. Trainer, BMA Driving School Instruct and mentor students in our driving school, imparting safe and responsible driving practices.
17. Trainer Marine Engineering Educate and train students in marine engineering principles and practices, preparing them for successful careers in the maritime industry.
18. Trainer Nautical Science Guide students through nautical science education, cultivating their navigation and seamanship skills.
19. Partnership and Resource Mobilization Officer Forge strategic partnerships and secure resources to support the growth and development of our academy.

21. Academic Quality Assurance Officer Ensure the highest academic standards by implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes.
22. Assistant Director Supply Chain Management Assist in managing the academy’s supply chain, ensuring the timely availability of resources.
23. Senior Principal Trainer (School of Nautical Science) Lead the School of Nautical Science, overseeing training programs and curriculum development.
Successful candidates will be required to submit valid compliance certificates from Kenya Revenue Authority, Ethics and Anti- Corruption, a registered Credit Reference Bureau, Higher Education Loans Board and a certificate of good conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations before commencement of the employment contract.
